Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the rmnd mobile application (the "App") operated by Allo Lumari ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

rmnd is a mobile application that allows you to save and organize content from social media platforms. The App uses artificial intelligence to extract and structure recipes, AI prompts, and other content from URLs and text you provide.

Account Registration

To use the App, you must:

Create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In
Be at least 13 years of age
Provide accurate account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Violate any intellectual property rights
Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the App
Use automated systems to access the App without permission
Share your account credentials with others
Circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you save to the App
You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the service
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save content you submit

Our Content

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Allo Lumari
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission

Third-Party Content

Content extracted from social media platforms remains subject to the original platform's terms
We do not claim ownership of recipes or prompts extracted from third-party sources

Service Limitations

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted content
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
Free tier users are subject to daily usage limits

Subscription and Payments

The App may offer premium features for a fee
Subscription terms and pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies

Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for:

Violation of these Terms
Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for content accuracy or third-party services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allo Lumari from any claims arising from:

Your use of the App
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
